ISO 37001 certification process
1. Information meeting and pre-audit (optional): As a first step, we conduct an informational meeting, either by telephone or in person, to discuss your project and prepare you for certification. We will also review relevant documents. Optionally, a pre-audit can be carried out to assess the current status of your management system.
2. On-site certification / Remote-certification: Our auditors visit your company to carry out a readiness analysis. The description of the management system is assessed, documented processes are checked and, if necessary, the implementation of corrective measures is reviewed in a follow-up audit.
3. Audit report and evaluation: Once the audit has been completed, we prepare documentation and evaluate your management system.
4. Certificate: If certification is successful, you will receive your certificate, which is valid for up to three years.
5. Surveillance audit: During the term of the certificate, we carry out regular surveillance audits to ensure the continued conformity of your management system.
6. Recertification: regular review for long-term security

ISO 37001 supports companies in preventing and combating corruption. It is based on the ‘High Level Structure’ (HLS) and is compatible with other ISO standards. A risk-based approach identifies corruption risks, derives preventive measures and reviews their effectiveness. Key elements include management commitment, the appointment of a compliance manager, due diligence checks and anonymous reporting channels. The standard promotes ethical behaviour, strengthens transparency and supports companies in fulfilling legal requirements and building trust.
